How should I care for my Double Pom socks?
  • We suggest that you wash socks in the machine on a gentle cycle, and tumble them dry on low heat. Or line dry, if you prefer.
  • Because our ankle and crew socks are made with cotton, they may pill slightly after being worn for the first time. That’s normal and won’t diminish their performance or comfort.
  • If you see “loose” yarn on the poms, please don’t pull it. Trim it carefully with a pair of scissors or a nail clipper so that it’s the same length as the other strands.
  • Sometimes, the poms collect lint. Pluck it off gently, and the socks are good to go.

Shipping and Handling
  • We strive to fulfill orders within two business days.
  • We will ship orders the least expensive way, unless otherwise specified.
  • Each order will incur a $2 warehouse handling fee; this fee is per order, not per item.
  • We don’t offer international shipping yet.
Returns
  • We accept returns or exchanges of socks in their original condition within 30 days of delivery with a return authorization number.
  • Custom socks cannot be returned or exchanged. If goods arrive damaged or defective, we’ll investigate the issue and work to correct it.
